Sunshine Dunning is a Seattle native that received her training at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Trained as a French Chef she has cooked all over the world; Italy, England, The Caribbean and Bali. She worked as a private chef in Manhattan, Palm Beach, Maine and Los Angeles. She returns to Europe every year to collect menus, meet chefs, and bring back new ideas to try with our local goods.
