Steve Stefanowicz who is a local guy that was blind at birth found his passion for music at the tender age of 4. He went on to graduate from Central Washington University where is studied classical & jazz music. Steve has performed to audiences all over the region with his unique blend of acoustic guitar, rich vocals and sharp wit.  The press has dubbed him “the human jukebox”.  He claims he knows over a thousand “cover” songs that he will throw in here and there to keep the crowd singing along.   • Harbor History Museum is hosting its very first Oktoberfest on September 24th, 2016 12:00-4:00pm

If you haven’t experienced the charming, exuberant celebration of Germany’s Oktoberfest, now is your opportunity to score a great discount on tickets for this brand new event! Experience delicious German food, 2 drink tickets for the biergarten (21+) or non-alcoholic beverage,  festive live music from Sylvia’s German Style Band , activities and games for the entire family.
