The best community Halloween gig I have heard about is out on Key Peninsula.
Tomorrow night Friday October 30th is the Longbranch Improvement Club Trunk or Treat from 6 – 8 pm.
A joint effort of LIC and the Evergreen School PTA this is a free event that is a practical and novel approach to bring the treats to the kids.
This is like a tailgate party for the kids. Treats are in the trunks of the decorated cars and the kids just go from car to car. YES- great concept.
Then in the clubhouse there will be games, crafts and a spooky house. This is a great way to have a safe comfortable way to trick or treat for any rural community.
Thank you Evergreen and LIC for providing a great opportunity for the Key Peninsula kids to celebrate this fun holiday in a safe environment.
Keep in mind you also can rent part or all of the Longbranch Clubhouse for your own private meeting, wedding or event. See all the details HERE.
