GET INVOLVED be prepared to help… you are invited to attend The Peninsula Emergency Preparedness Coalition (PEP-C) Monthly. Held the second Wednesday of every month at the Fire Department #5 Headquarters at 10:00am.
Why this is important to all: We are overdue for the big one…we are preparing to help neighbors, neighborhoods and communities prepare to survive major earthquakes like the Cascadia Subduction zone (CSZ) Earthquakes”
To develop public awareness of the urgent need for preparedness in the event of local emergency or major disaster.
To assist peninsulas residents in obtaining all training and information, equipment and supplies to prepare themselves, their families and neighborhoods to deal with emergency situations and to be self sufficient for at least twenty one days. To provide, as needed, volunteers to support local, county and state emergency operations.
