Have you ever wanted to learn how to fight with a sword or axe and shield? Have you ever wondered what it would be like to fight in a shield wall or go on a raid? Well now you can!

The Northwest Viking Alliance in association with Warrior Life Academy will be hosting classes to teach Viking style fighting. Teachers include Karri Rahkonen of Warrior life Academy, Jon Morford Founder of the NWVA and NWVA steel fighting group. Sword, Shield and multi weapons teacher with over 25 years experience. Jon Morford was also a contestant on History channel’s Knife or Death.

The price for the day of learning is $60 and will go straight to funding the NWVA, a non profit organization dedicated to the furtherance of teaching the history of Viking Age and pre-Viking Age Scandinavia.
